- Conveying distance depends upon the micron size and the bulk density of the powder.
- Powder must be 150 mesh (106 micron) or smaller size particle / powder and dry. The powder pneumatic diaphragm pump will not pump crystals or flakes and the bulk density should be less than 50lbs / cubic feet. The higher the bulk density, the shorter the conveying distance and the lower the flow rate.

Each operation chambers had been adopted with two single direction ball valves, since the simultaneous operation of the diaphragms change the volume of the operation chambers from time 3 to time, in this case, two single direction ball valves had been turned on and switched off one by one over and over again forcing the continuously absorbance and draining off of the liquid. One hole had been designed in the entrance position of the discharge port for the reasons of the convenience of the smooth transportation of the materials.
